Honkai: Star Rail is getting really hot updates! The upcoming version 3.0 is going to deliver many new characters, nerfs, buffs, balance changes, etc. We hope to see the first changes of this update coming on the release date – January 15, 2025. First and foremost, the fans will get a new region – the planet called Amphoreus, inhabited by characters straight from the Greek and Roman mythologies. The leaked banner was divided with The Herta and Aglaea in half so they definitely complement each other during battles. Also, many fans assume on YouTube that these characters’ plotlines are connected.
Updates and Leaks for the Current Version 2.7
Despite the recent leaks and work at the Genshin Impact Version 6, the developers do not forget to release the promised updates for the current Version 2.7.
Version 2.7 is already making headlines before the release of Version 3.0. New leaks claim we will get the event “Gift of the Express” with a chance to get a free (!) 5-star character from the regular roster. The updates are coming for the characters – Clara, Bailu, and Bronya. Also, the players can receive 1,600 Stellar Jade as a reward with 10 free spins.
Besides these updates, we also get 2 new characters for the version 2.7. They are Fugue and Sunday who can form a great S.W.A.T. team. We don’t have much information about them for now but there are rumors on Reddit that these characters will offer a more tactical approach to the battles. The official stream from November 11, 2024, revealed their abilities. It is worth checking their review on the corresponding fan-made pages.
What to Expect from Version 3.1?
While we are waiting for the launch of Honkai Star Rail Version 3.0, there are already a few leaks about the banners of new characters in Version 3.1. The fans are waiting for the details about such characters:
- Tibao – a Quantum Harmony character;
- Wandi – a Imaginary Destruction character;
Scheduled for appearance in February and March 2025, these characters will likely expand on the Amphoreus storyline and build a great team. However, version 3.2 leaks hint at more surprises, with Quantum Remembrance (Xiadie) and an Ice Nihility male (the name is yet to be revealed).
