It is official! Paramount and Saber Interactive are teasing something super special for fans of Avatar: The Last Airbender (ATLA) and The Legend of Korra. It seems that the fans will finally get a new action RPG in the universe of Avatar Legends. They promise the most ambitious Avatar game since the previous video games were quite dull and non-spectacular at best.
Fans speculate that the game will take players 7,000 years before the events in the ATLA animated series. The game will introduce a new Avatar, one that fans have never seen before, and the opportunity to master all four elements once more. The Avatar Studios will participate in the development of the game that will be released on PC and consoles. You will explore the world, fight alongside companions, and make choices that will determine the fate of whole nations. Should We Expect Something Great?
If you’re skeptical, we get it. Avatar games have not always been bang on the money. Last year’s co-op title – Avatar: The Last Airbender – Quest for Balance – left gamers wanting more. This time around, expectations are very high. However, Saber Interactive has a huge credit for its work thanks to World War Z and Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2.
