Where to hire characters in the game Fortnite?

Each new season of Fortnite introduces the player to new characters. This means that you will have to enter into new dialogues, find different items, and order services.

Why are new characters needed? NPC mercenaries will become your personal fighters for a small amount of gold coins. They are convenient to use when you need to complete a complex mission. They can control their territories and patrol certain areas. The characters will fight alongside you. With their help, you can improve weapons and find valuable items. You can hire NPCs in different locations.

Locations on the map where you can recruit new Fortnite characters

Today you can find 19 characters on the general map of the game world. Each of them is located in a specific place. Please note that if another player finds and kills a character, he will automatically be removed from his previous location.

1. in the trailer park – Joey;
2. on the beach on the east side – Sunny;
3. in the underground base – Doctor Sloan;
4. near the Weeping Forest – Rick Sanchez;
5. in a hut on the south coast – Swamp Stalker;
6. in the northwestern part – Guggimon;
7. in the house on the north side – Abstract.

All other characters can be found on the map by the corresponding icon.

Dr. Sloan is not easy to track down. He is hiding in a secret underground bunker. To get to it, you need to go down under the complex. To do this, go to the red barn, which is located in the center of the farm. Then go down the stairs or go through the hatch. You can add this character to your collection simply by starting a conversation with him.

What can hired characters do?

During your first conversation with a character, you can find out exactly how he can help. The game provides the following features:

• Obtaining a weapon: just defeat the character during the battle with him.
• Healing and restoration of health.
• Hiring a character to fight by your side.
• Camouflage: To protect yourself from damage, become a support.
• Collection of unique items.
• Teleportation: You will be able to move between locations.
• Obtaining additional supplies.

Each new character brings certain progress and provides improved effects. You can use them to successfully complete quests and battles. For each completed task, you receive a gold bar and store it in your inventory.
